We are no longer participating in this program however we still retain some details, such as the affiliate commission transactions to which we paid. My name is Bruce Obermeyer, and I am one of the many ShopN2000 and MallForAll owners who are trying to assess our businesses and cooperating with the US Department of Justice investigation of National Audit Defense Network (NADN) and its business ventures. I am contacting you because yours is one of the businesses displayed prominently on our websites. As you probably know by now, NADN has declared bankruptcy and ceased to operate, and NADN and Oryan Management and some of their other partner companies are under investigation by the US Department of Justice, the IRS, and the Nevada Attorney General's office.

In support of those investigations, I am trying to find any company participating in the above mentioned online malls that has actually processed sales and paid money from those sales or from "clickthrough" advertising as a result of the association with NADN or Oryan Management or any of the mall owners. Both of my malls are currently still "live" online, and I am trying to determine whether any of the "stores" in the malls are actually selling products or services through the "ShopN2000/MallForAll" sites.
One of the charges facing NADN and Oryan Management is that they did not credit visitors rightfully to the mall owners and that they did not credit sales commissions to mall owners. Does your company keep such records, did you participate in the "clickthrough" for credit program or similar, and did you pay commissions or share profits with either NADN, Oryan Management, or the mall owners? If you keep records relating to the "ShopN2000/MallForAll" sales, perhaps you could check to see if any sales resulted from visits to the following sites. If so, NADN and Oryan Management did not report them to mall owners and likely kept the profits for themselves. The order number 165237 on 7/17/2003 3:34 PM included in this correspondence is the only sale recorded as having been completed through the mall and credited to me as a sale.
