Zero-tolerance ANTI-SPAM policy

We have a zero-tolerance policy toward UCE (Unsolicited Commercial Email) and SPAM. Our Affiliates are strictly prohibited from using spam in their marketing. Any affiliate who spams will be immediately terminated from our program and all money will be forfeited.

Opt-in email lists

You are allowed to use your own double opt-in email lists ONLY. Your own lists means that all your subscribers on the list MUST have subscribed at websites owned by you and you can prove that.

Affiliates are NOT allowed to use somebody else's opt-in email list. Affiliates are NOT allowed to use co-op opt-in email lists. All emails must comply with the federal CAN-SPAM Act of 2003.

Commission

This program pays two levels commission. Level I 50% (direct sales), Level II 20% (sales made by affiliates referred by you).

Commision payments are by PayPal.com or Stormpay.com. If you can not accept payments made by PayPal.com or Stormpay.com services, you can not join this program.

Commission is not paid for your own purchases, your family purchases, purchases made from the same physical mailing address or household, purchases made from the same IP address which was used for joining the program. Please do not join if the only reason is to get discounts on your own purchases, you will not be paid if this is the case.
